Due to its excellent location, proximity to the track and the children’s elevator, polygons and all the restaurants and cafes in Poljice, this accommodation is suitable for families with small children.

For a larger company or family it is convenient to rent together with the apartments White Pine or Black Pine, because they are located next to each other in the same building. Weather conditions and lack of snow are not a valid reason for canceling the reservation, and in that case we do not make a refund. It is possible to obtain one substitute term during that calendar year.

The ski school provides skiing and snowboard training at the Jahorina Olympic Center. Thousands of skiing students have passed through the Jahorina Prestige Ski School in the last 20 years, and all have successfully completed the course from basic to advanced skiing. Many of our students have become successful professional competitors in skiing, because of the overdevelopment of ski teachers we recommend booking a ski school when booking.

Weather and lack of snow are not a valid reason to cancel a reservation and in this case we do not refund. It may be possible to obtain one replacement term during that calendar year.
