Apartment Olimpijska Kuća 16 LUX is located in Poljice, in the heart of Jahorina, in the newly built Butmir building, adjacent to Aparthotel Vučko. The apartment is on the seventh floor, spread over two levels, and is just 20 meters from the children’s lift, six-seater, and Poljice lift. The 75m2 apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed, a dining table with 6 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer section.
On the upper level, there are two separate bedrooms with double beds and American closets. Each room offers a beautiful view of the Poljice ski slope and the Termag Hotel. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower cabins, one on each level, and a room for daily storage of clothes and shoes. The bathroom on the first level has a washing machine with a dryer. The apartment’s capacity is 6 people, and it has central heating that guests can regulate themselves, an electric fireplace with heating options, two TVs, Wi-Fi internet, and Total TV.
Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, complete cookware, and small household appliances. They also have access to two ski storage rooms. The apartment is brand new, and its first rental season is the winter season of 2022/2023.
RECOMMENDATION: Ski school Jahorina Prestige, located within the same agency, offers skiing and snowboarding lessons with licensed and experienced ski instructors for both children and adults. The ski school conducts skiing and snowboarding lessons at the Olympic Center Jahorina. Over the past 20 years, thousands of ski school participants have successfully completed courses from basic to advanced skiing. Many of our participants have become successful professional ski competitors. Due to the high demand for ski instructors, we recommend booking the ski school when booking accommodation.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling reservations, and in that case, we do not refund the advance payment. It may be possible to receive one replacement date during the calendar year.

When booking, a mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required, while the remaining amount is payable upon arrival.
NOTE: Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests in the apartment receive a set of 2 towels per person (large and medium towel) and a complete set of towels, while each subsequent cleaning of the apartment with the replacement of towels during the guest’s stay is charged additionally.
