Apartment Olimpijska kuća 19 is located in Poljice, in the heart of Jahorina, in the newly built Butmir building, adjacent to Aparthotel Vučko. The apartment is on the 1st floor, just 20 meters away from the children’s lift, gondola, and Poljice lift.
The apartment features a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a flat cooking surface, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a large dining table. The apartment is centrally heated (thermal block), and there is a wood-burning fireplace for a cozy atmosphere on cold winter evenings. From the living room, you can access a large balcony facing the main street and the ski slope.
The apartment has a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine. The apartment accommodates 3+2 persons. The view from the living room overlooks the Poljice slope and the gondola.
The apartment is brand new, with its first year of rental. The ski storage room is on the ground floor, and amenities include Wi-Fi internet, total TV in the living room, towels, and bed linen provided for guests. On the ground floor of the building, there is a ski rental and Jahorina Prestige ski school.
RECOMMENDATION: Jahorina Prestige ski school, located within the same agency, offers skiing and snowboarding lessons with licensed and experienced instructors for both children and adults. The ski school conducts skiing and snowboarding lessons at the Olympic Center Jahorina. Over the past 20 years, thousands of ski school participants have successfully completed courses from basic to advanced skiing. Many of our participants have become successful professional ski competitors. Due to high demand for ski instructors, we recommend booking the ski school when booking accommodation.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling reservations, and in that case, we do not refund the advance payment. It may be possible to receive one replacement date during the calendar year.

When booking, a mandatory advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required, while the remaining amount is payable upon arrival.
NOTE: Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests in the apartment receive a set of 2 towels per person (large and medium towel) and a complete set of towels, while each subsequent cleaning of the apartment with the replacement of towels during the guest’s stay is charged additionally.
