Reservation Policy
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling a reservation. In such cases,
we do not refund the advance payment, but one replacement date during the same calendar year is possible.
Price: On request, depending on the period and length of stay.
Advance payment: 50% of the total amount at reservation, with the remainder due upon arrival.
Note
Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning. Upon arrival, guests receive a set of 2 towels per person
(large and medium) and full bed linen. Any additional cleaning or towel replacement during the stay is charged extra.
