- Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling the reservation – advance payments are non-refundable.
- One replacement term is possible within the same calendar year.
- Price upon request, depending on the period and length of stay.
Note
Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests receive a set of 2 towels per person (large and medium) and a complete set of bed linen. Any additional cleaning with towel replacement during the stay is charged separately.
