Apartman Olimpijska kuca Jahorina br 17 is located in Poljice, in the heart of Jahorina, in the newly built Butmir building, which adjoins Aparthotel Vucko. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, just 20 meters from the children’s lift, gondola, and Poljice lift.
The apartment, with an area of 45 m2, is completely new, its first year of rental. In the living room, there is a non-extendable corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a flat cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other triple with a double bed and a bunk bed, along with a large American closet. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment capacity is 5 people.
The ski storage is on the ground floor, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV in the bedroom and living room, and towels and bed linen are provided for guests. On the ground floor of the building, there is a Ski rental and ski school Prestige.
RECOMMENDATION: ski school Jahorina Prestige, which is part of the agency with the same name, offers ski and snowboard school services with licensed and experienced ski instructors for children and adults. The ski school conducts ski lessons and snowboard training at the Olympic Center Jahorina. Thousands of students have passed through the Jahorina Prestige ski school in the last 20 years, all successfully completing the course from basic to advanced skiing. Many of our students have become successful professional ski competitors. Due to the overbooking of ski instructors, we recommend booking the ski school when booking accommodation.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling reservations, and in such cases, we do not refund the advance payment. It is possible to get one replacement term during that calendar year.

A 30% advance payment of the total amount is required when booking, with the remaining amount payable upon arrival.
NOTE: Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests in the apartment receive a set of 2 towels per person (large and medium towel) and a complete set of towels, while each subsequent cleaning of the apartment with the replacement of towels during the guest’s stay is charged additionally.
