Apartment Perla 4 is situated in a newly built modern building right on the Poljice plateau, the second building from the Poljice six-seater ski lift and gondola station. In front of the building, there is a ski kindergarten with a training area for children, a moving walkway for transporting beginner skiers, as well as various facilities for entertaining the youngest visitors. Numerous restaurants, ski rentals, a taxi stand, a market, and a ski-pass office are also located right in front of the building. On the ground floor of the building, there is the restaurant Krčma, offering excellent traditional cuisine.
Apartment Perla 4 is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The apartment has an area of 40 m² and a capacity of 2+2 persons.
This brand-new, modernly furnished apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extendable corner sofa that can be turned into a large bed suitable for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, towels, bed linen, and kitchenware.
RECOMMENDATION: The ski school Jahorina Prestige, which operates within the agency of the same name, offers skiing and snowboarding lessons with licensed and experienced instructors for children and adults. The ski school conducts skiing and snowboarding training in the Olympic Center Jahorina. Over the past 20 years, thousands of students have gone through the Jahorina Prestige ski school, all successfully completing courses from basic to advanced levels. Many of our students have become successful professional ski competitors. Due to the high booking demand for instructors, we recommend reserving ski school lessons at the time of booking your accommodation.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling a reservation, and in such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable. In certain situations, it may be possible to obtain one replacement date during the same calendar year.

A 50% advance payment of the total amount is required when making a reservation, while the remaining balance is paid upon arrival.
NOTE: Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests receive a set of 2 towels per person (large and medium) and complete bed linen. Any additional cleaning of the apartment with towel replacement during the stay is charged separately.
