NOTE: Private apartments in the Vučko Aparthotel are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by hotel staff. Upon arrival, guests receive a set of two towels per person (one large and one medium). Any additional towel changes or apartment cleaning during the stay is charged separately and payable at the hotel reception according to the hotel’s price list. Guests in private apartments may also book breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, served buffet-style, for an additional fee. Pets are welcome in the Vučko Aparthotel apartments.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests collect and return the apartment keys at the hotel reception. Free parking is available around the hotel, while spaces in the underground garage are limited, require prior reservation, and incur an additional fee. The price of the apartment does not include the tourist tax and insurance, which are payable at the reception upon departure. The cost is 2.5 KM per day for adults, 0.5 KM for children aged 0-13 years, and 1.5 KM for children aged 13-18 years.
For an additional fee, guests can enjoy all the hotel’s amenities, including room service, wellness and fitness center, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, laundry and ironing services, extra apartment cleaning, pharmacy, hair salon, tearoom, billiards and darts club, souvenir shop, market, game room, currency exchange, and a Raiffeisen Bank ATM.
RECOMMENDATION: The Jahorina Prestige Ski School, part of the Jahorina Prestige Agency, offers skiing and snowboarding lessons with licensed and experienced instructors for both children and adults. Lessons are conducted in the Olympic Center Jahorina. Over the past 20 years, thousands of students have completed courses at Jahorina Prestige Ski School, advancing from beginner to expert levels. Many have gone on to become professional ski competitors. Due to high demand, we recommend booking ski lessons when reserving your stay.
Please note: Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling a reservation, and deposits are non-refundable. However, a single rescheduling within the same calendar year may be possible.

Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival.
