Guests receive a set of towels and complete bed linen upon arrival. Additional cleaning and towel replacement during the stay are charged separately.
Check-in is from 2 PM, while check-out is until 10 AM.
A 30% advance payment of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation, while the remaining balance is paid upon arrival.
Tourist tax and insurance are not included in the apartment price.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not considered valid reasons for cancelling the reservation.
