The apartment is situated on the seventh floor and is arranged over two levels. It is only 20 meters from the children’s ski lift, six-seater chairlift and Poljice lift, making it a practical choice for guests visiting Jahorina for skiing.
The apartment covers 75 m² and can accommodate up to six guests. Thanks to its duplex layout, the two separate bedrooms are located on the upper level, while the living room, dining area and kitchen are arranged on the lower level. Both bedrooms offer a view towards the Poljice ski slope and Hotel Termag.
Apartment Layout
The lower level features a spacious living room with a sofa that can be converted into a sleeping area. The living room also includes a dining table with six chairs, providing enough space for the entire family or group to enjoy meals and spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living and dining area. This layout makes it easy to prepare meals while keeping the entire group together in the main living space.
The upper level contains two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. One of the main advantages of the apartment is the view from both bedrooms towards the Poljice ski slope and Hotel Termag.

The ski school provides skiing lessons and snowboard training at the Jahorina Olympic Center. Over the past 20 years, thousands of participants have attended Jahorina Prestige Ski School, from beginners to advanced skiers.
Due to high demand for ski instructors during certain periods of the winter season, we recommend booking the ski school together with your accommodation.
Guests can also arrange ski equipment rental through Jahorina Prestige Ski Rental, allowing accommodation, ski lessons and equipment to be organized in advance.
Important Information for Your Stay
The apartment price is available on request and depends on the period and length of stay.
A 50% advance payment of the total amount is required when making the reservation, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
The apartment is private accommodation and is not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests receive two towels per person, one large and one medium towel, as well as complete bed linen.
Any additional cleaning of the apartment and replacement of towels during the stay is charged separately.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not considered valid reasons for cancelling the reservation, and the advance payment is not refunded in such circumstances. One replacement date during the same calendar year may be available.
