Apartment Perla 4 is located in Poljice, one of the most attractive and popular areas of Jahorina. It is situated in a new and modern building on the second floor, in a location that allows guests to stay directly next to the main ski facilities.

The building is the second property from the Poljice six-seater chairlift and ski lift departure station. In front of the building there is a children’s ski area with a training slope and a conveyor belt for beginner skiers. Numerous restaurants, ski rental services, a taxi stand, a market and the ski pass ticket office are also located nearby.

Modern accommodation for 2+2 guests

Apartment Perla 4 has an area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. The layout includes a separate bedroom and a comfortable living room, making it particularly suitable for couples and smaller families.

The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a corner sofa that can be converted into a large sleeping area for two people. During the day, the living room can be used as a comfortable common area, while in the evening it can provide additional sleeping space.

Fully equipped for your stay on Jahorina

The apartment is completely new and modernly equipped. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi internet and cable TV.

The kitchen includes the necessary dishes, while towels and bed linen are provided for guests. This makes the apartment suitable both for shorter stays and longer holidays on Jahorina, without the need to arrange basic everyday items separately.

Poljice – everything you need nearby

One of the main advantages of Apartment Perla 4 is its location. Guests do not need to arrange transport to the ski centre because the main facilities are located directly next to the property.

For families with children, the children’s ski area with a training slope and conveyor belt is particularly convenient, while the Poljice six-seater chairlift and ski lift are located nearby. Restaurants, a market, ski rental, a taxi stand and the ski pass ticket office are also in the immediate area.

A restaurant called Krčma, known for its traditional local cuisine, is located on the ground floor of the building, allowing guests to enjoy a meal without having to travel far from their accommodation.

For guests who want skiing or snowboarding lessons, Ski School Jahorina Prestige provides training for children and adults with licensed and experienced ski instructors.

Important reservation information

The price of Apartment Perla 4 depends on the period and length of stay and is available on request. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning by the owner. Upon arrival, guests receive two towels per person, one large and one medium towel, together with complete bed linen. Additional apartment cleaning and towel replacement during the stay are charged separately.

Weather conditions and lack of snow are not considered a valid reason for cancelling a reservation. In such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable, although one replacement date during the same calendar year may be possible.
