Apartment Sky Hill 1 is located on Poljice, in the newly built Sky Hill building, on the first floor. The apartment is only 20 metres from the ski slope and is located opposite the Poljice gondola departure station, ski lift and children’s ski area. It covers 38 m² and is suitable for up to 2+2 guests.
Location is one of the main advantages of this apartment. Guests are directly next to the main Poljice ski area, while Ski Rental Sky Hill and Ski School Jahorina Prestige are located in the same building. For guests visiting Jahorina primarily for skiing, this makes organising the entire day much easier.
Separate bedroom and living room
The apartment is functionally arranged and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom and a terrace. The corner sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area, allowing accommodation for up to four guests.
The separate bedroom is particularly practical for families, while the living room provides a comfortable space for spending time together. The apartment is suitable both for shorter weekend stays and longer holidays on Jahorina.
Terrace overlooking Poljice ski slope
The living area opens onto a terrace overlooking the Poljice ski slope. The view towards the ski area adds to the experience of staying so close to the mountain and the slopes.
The distance of only 20 metres from the ski slope is especially convenient when guests return to the apartment during the day. There is no need for a long walk back to the accommodation, while the gondola, ski lift and children’s ski area are also located directly nearby.
Fully equipped apartment
Sky Hill 1 is equipped for everyday living. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet and cable TV, with televisions in both the living room and bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, while the bathroom has a washing machine. Guests receive a complete set of bed linen and towels upon arrival.
Guests arriving by car also have the advantage of a garage parking space included in the price. This provides convenient parking during the stay, especially during the winter season.
Ski Rental and Ski School in the same building
The ground floor of Sky Hill houses Ski Rental Sky Hill with new HEAD ski equipment and Ski School Jahorina Prestige with licensed instructors for children and adults.
For skiing lessons, you can visit Ski School Jahorina Prestige, while ski equipment is available through Ski Rental Jahorina Prestige. Having both services nearby is an additional advantage for guests who want to organise accommodation, equipment and ski lessons in one place.
Important information about your stay
Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning. Guests receive a set of towels and complete bed linen upon arrival, while additional cleaning and towel replacement during the stay are charged separately.
Check-in and check-out are arranged by agreement with the apartment owner. A 30% advance payment of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival. Tourist tax and insurance are not included in the apartment price. Weather conditions and lack of snow are not considered a valid reason for cancelling the reservation.
