Apartment Sky Hill 1 – Jahorina, Poljice
Apartment Sky Hill 1 is located on the first floor of the newly built Sky Hill building in Poljice, in the very center of Jahorina. It is situated opposite the Poljice gondola station, the ski lift, and the children’s ski kindergarten, making it an ideal choice for beginner skiers, families with children, and guests looking for accommodation right next to the ski slope. The distance to the ski slope is only 20 meters.
The apartment’s terrace offers a direct view of the Poljice ski slope.
The apartment has an area of 38 m² and a capacity of 2+2 persons. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower cabin washing machine.
Guests have access to a parking space within the building, which is included in the rental price, representing a significant advantage during the winter season on Jahorina.
The apartment is equipped with cable TV in the living room and bedroom, as well as free WiFi.
On the ground floor of the building, there is the Ski Rental Sky Hill with new HEAD ski equipment, as well as the Prestige Ski School, providing guests with complete ski services in one place.
RECOMMENDATION ski school Jahorina Prestige, which is part of the same agency, offers ski and snowboard school services with licensed and experienced ski instructors for children and adults. The ski school conducts ski lessons and snowboard training at the Olympic Center Jahorina. Over the past 20 years, thousands of students have attended Jahorina Prestige ski school, and all have successfully completed the course from basic to advanced skiing. Many of our students have become successful professional skiing competitors. Due to the high demand for ski instructors, we recommend booking the ski school at the time of accommodation reservation.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not valid reasons for canceling a reservation, and in such cases we do not refund the deposit. It is possible to receive one alternative date within the same calendar year.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
NOTE: Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Guests receive a set of 2 towels per person (large and medium towel) and bed linen upon arrival, while any additional cleaning of the apartment with towel replacement during the guest’s stay is charged separately at the Vučko reception.
