The apartment is situated on the seventh floor and is arranged over two levels. It is only 20 metres from the children’s lift, six-seater chairlift and Poljice lift, making it a practical choice for families and guests who want to stay directly next to the main ski facilities.
The apartment covers 78 m² and can accommodate up to six guests. The two levels include two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Each room offers a direct view of the Poljice ski slopes and Hotel Termag.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the smaller bedroom has bunk beds with three sleeping places.
The two-level layout allows the living and sleeping areas to be functionally separated. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower cabins, with one bathroom located on each floor.
Three built-in American-style wardrobes are also available, providing storage space for guests’ clothes and personal belongings during their stay.

Ski Rental Prestige is located on the ground floor of the building, and the headquarters of Jahorina Prestige Ski School is also located there.
When booking the apartment, you can reserve your ski school lessons and ski equipment in advance. Jahorina Prestige Ski School offers skiing and snowboarding lessons for children and adults with licensed and experienced ski instructors.
The ski school provides lessons at the Olympic Center Jahorina, and many participants have completed courses ranging from basic to advanced skiing levels.
For guests staying at Apartment Olimpijska Kuća 11, it is especially convenient that the ski rental and ski school headquarters are located on the ground floor of the same building.

Important Stay Information
The apartment price is available upon request and depends on the selected period and length of stay.
A mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required when booking, while the remaining balance is paid upon arrival.
Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning and tidying by the owner. Upon arrival, guests receive a set of two towels per person, one large and one medium towel, as well as complete bed linen.
Each additional apartment cleaning and towel replacement during the stay is charged separately.
Weather conditions and lack of snow are not considered valid reasons for cancelling the reservation, and the advance payment is not refunded in such circumstances. It may be possible to arrange one replacement date during the same calendar year.
