Apartment Perla 13 Poljice is located in a new and modern building on the Poljice plateau, on the fourth floor. The apartment has an area of 55 m² and can accommodate up to 2+2 guests. Its location is particularly convenient for guests who want to stay close to ski facilities, restaurants and other amenities in Poljice.

The building is the second property from the Poljice six-seater chairlift and ski lift departure station. In front of the building there is a children’s ski area and training slope, a conveyor belt for beginners, as well as numerous restaurants, ski rental services, a taxi stand, a market and the ski pass ticket office.

Spacious accommodation for 2+2 guests

With 55 m² of space, Apartment Perla 13 provides comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The apartment has a separate bedroom and living room, which is particularly practical for families who prefer clearly separated sleeping and living areas.

The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a corner sofa that can be converted into a large sleeping area. It can accommodate two adults or three children. During the day, the living room can be used for relaxing and spending time together, while in the evening it provides additional sleeping space.

Modern and fully equipped apartment

The apartment is completely new and modernly equipped. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi internet and cable TV.

The kitchen includes the necessary dishes, while towels and bed linen are provided. With its basic facilities, the apartment is suitable both for shorter stays and longer holidays on Jahorina.

Poljice – ski facilities directly nearby

One of the main advantages of Apartment Perla 13 is its location. Guests stay on the Poljice plateau, where many of the facilities important for a holiday on Jahorina are concentrated in one area.

Guests who want to learn skiing, improve their skills or introduce their children to skiing can book lessons through Ski School Jahorina Prestige, which provides skiing and snowboarding lessons for children and adults.

The ski school operates within the Jahorina Olympic Centre, with lessons provided by licensed and experienced ski instructors. Due to higher demand during certain periods of the season, we recommend booking lessons together with your accommodation.

Guests can also use Ski Rental Jahorina Prestige, where ski and snowboard equipment is available for children and adults. Organising accommodation, ski lessons and equipment in advance makes the beginning of your holiday easier, especially during periods of highest demand.

Important information about your stay

The price of Apartment Perla 13 depends on the period and length of stay and is available on request. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

Private apartments are not subject to daily cleaning by the owner. Upon arrival, guests receive two towels per person, one large and one medium towel, together with complete bed linen. Additional cleaning and towel replacement during the stay are charged separately.

Weather conditions and lack of snow are not considered a valid reason for cancelling the reservation. In such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable, although one replacement date during the same calendar year may be possible.
